Lomi Lomi massage is available as 1 hour to 2.5 hour sessions
1h - Taster / 1h - Top Up
Both '1h - Taster' for new clients and the '1h - Top Up' for returning clients are 1 hour massages. For new clients, the first massage excludes the stomach and chest area. And a phone consult is required beforehand - please book this here. For returning clients, the 1h massage is tailored to your request as to what is included. For example, all the back body but no front legs or arms.
Lomi Lomi is normally a full body massage including stomach and chest area, so if you can, choose 1h30 so your whole body can experience transformative touch.
1h30 - Standard
'1h30 - Standard' is a full body massage including the stomach and chest area. Deep relaxation is possible through both the long strokes sweeping across the whole back body and detailed work on the feet, toes, hands and fingers. Choosing 1h30 will allow you to drop into your aliveness and taste some of the stillness and oneness possible in a Lomi Lomi massage.
2h - Deep Relax
'2h - Deep Relax' is a full body massage like the 1h30 but allows you to surrender to the depths of relaxation arising from more strokes to relieve some of your deeper held tensions, and repeated strokes that add in more rhythm and flow. There will be more attunement to your body as the pace will be much slower giving your nervous system a chance to fully rest, recover and reset.
2h30 - Deluxe
'2h30 - Deluxe' is all that the 2h massage is with additional underbody strokes and more stillness and connection woven into it. For regular clients only, this massage focuses on both attuned relaxation and the enjoyment of touch that more in-depth knowledge of your body brings. Underbody strokes may heighten your senses and gives an unmatched sense of body awareness and oneness possible from massage.
